Our 6 Bedroom vacation home is located in the prestigious Windsor Palms Resort community. Located only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, our home offers all the amenities of home and more. Enjoy your own private salt water pool and spa while taking a break from the parks or head up to the clubhouse to catch a movie or enjoy a drink at the Tiki bar by the 25m saltwater pool.

• Master bedroom with King sized bed and en suite (garden tub, separate shower, double sinks and separate water closet). Updated Summer 2024
• 2nd Master has Queen size bed  and en suite (4 pc). Updated Summer 2024
• Our Junior Master has a Queen sized bed, vaulted ceilings and has access to a full bathroom with tub/shower.
• Alice in Wonderland themed room with 2 twin beds.
• A Harry Potter themed room with 2 twin beds
• Bunk Bed room with twin over full beds, there is also an additional twin bed in the large closet. This movie themed room also has a TV and Wii for kids to use and unwind!
• All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and ceiling fans.
• Renovated kitchen with granite counters, travertine backsplash, fridge, stove, microwave, garbage disposal and dishwasher.  We have tried to provide everything you might need! We have cake pans, cookie sheets, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, griddle, waffle iron, kettle, blender, all cutlery, ample plates, pots, griddle and even a fondue pot!
• There is seating for 8 at the dining table with additional seating at the breakfast bar (extra chairs available)
• There is a 2 piece bathroom at the rear of the home, that has through access to the pool and spa (updated summer 2024)
• Laundry is located in the games room with large capacity washer and dryer 
• The Living room has ample seating, including a large leather sectional, a large flat screen TV with Blu-ray player, Netflix, cable and a collection of DVDs for your enjoyment. 
• We also have a games room  (with a pool table, board games and foosball) for your enjoyment. Including a 60 in 1 arcade game for lots of family fun. New Pool table and foosball summer 2024.
• Outside you will be able to enjoy the Florida sun in your private backyard (with privacy hedging and no neighbours to one side). The area is screened in to allowing your family to enjoy it all hours of the day and evening.
• Pool loungers for lounging under the hot Florida sun.
• Large outdoor dining table and chairs.
• The large salt water swimming pool has an attached waterfall spa and can be heated (optional). 
• The pool also has colour changing lights for night time enjoyment.
• BBQ provided for our guest's use.
